Here is what Joe & I have been doing with our free time. This is my father-in -laws front yard, it is 1/3 of an acre & until a few days ago you couldn't see any ground. Joe's dad used to own a scrap yard & when he retired he brought home his favorite stuff, kinda our own version of Sanford & Son. Unfortunately the Oxnard City Code Enforcement has decided it's time to clean up, so after 30 some years of collecting it has to be gotten rid of or stored in a container. We got a permit for 8 20' cargo containers, so far we have 2 actually on site. We have to fill them up to make room for the rest. Today Joe & his dad are building shelves in the containers so they can better utilize the space. Joe is hoping to convince his dad to get rid of the majority but this is no easy task! My job in all of this? Take pictures & list the sellable stuff online...Wish us luck & I will let you know how it goes.
